Current issues facing global data centers

Quorrica interviewed 919 data center managers all over the world and found that 20% of large organizations have no formal systems management capabilities. And without visibility to what's happening in their own data centers, they cannot effectively support the business. Quorrica also found that Facilities and IT either do not want to work together or do not yet see the need to do so. Yet, those surveyed know they're in trouble. There is a lack of availability, response time, and performance based on current capabilities.
